This is another strange blog that we will talk about today. This is how to know who will betray you in business. It hurts to think that many of us today are quick to envy others for what they have.

It’s not a big business that we set up, it’s very simple, we just sell french fries and hire people to sell them on the side of the road. I have done something in my blog about my life and what I have achieved.

How did I achieve being single at the age of 26. And what I went through in life It’s not even well written because I was new to blogging when I wrote it. To be honest, until now, I haven’t been able to write a blog properly, so please forgive me.

When did it start?

When we first started the business, we were too friendly with our staff at work. We joke with them and show them our income from work. It was still fun at first because you can see from them that they are really hardworking and very kind.

Before they were called to work with us, we talked to them about what they should do regarding work.

What are the agreements?

• They are not allowed to drink. If they drink, it must be their day off
• They are free of house, water, electricity, gas, oil. But they are not free to eat. They agreed to this agreement.
• Wake up on time.
• They have a day off when they want to rest

Do you guys know that most of these agreements are not followed because we are kind and they are not afraid of us. They wake up late, they secretly drink inside the house where they stay.

What will he show you first to impress you?

On his first day at work, he will first show his hard work and extreme energy, to impress you with his hard work. You can see in him that he smiles and he has a lot of respect for the elders and his colleagues at work.

Our stupidity is that we believe in his goodness shown to us. We are proud of him and give him what he wants so that he doesn’t struggle in his work.

What we didn’t know, while we turned our backs, he was slandering us to our other workers so that they would stay away from us and have a grudge against us. At first we didn’t realize that he was doing something wrong as we had our backs turned.

Do you know that the one who betrayed us was the last one we hired. We liked him because he came from the place where we did a small business and just went home to the province. My brother hired him to work because my brother said he was good because he was from this place.

Styles of traitors

This is the style of traitors in business. you will think they are angels of kindness when you talk to them. You wouldn’t think they were traitors.

It’s so painful to think that you don’t know that your worker is betraying you without your knowledge.

Why didn’t I know this sooner?

I didn’t know this right away because I saw from him that he looked trustworthy. I know he will not betray me because we live in the same province. What I didn’t know was that he was jealous of what I had achieved in life and wanted to imitate me.

Beginning of infidelity

• He told my provincial people where we used to live that his boss was very bad and they didn’t eat well. They also say they don’t earn anything and the boss doesn’t have a good attitude.
• He also does his own role when his boss is not around. The other salesman was transferred to another place and he replaced the others.
• When the boss finds out that a vendor is out of his place, he will be reprimanded instead.
• The vendors began to feel bad because the boss scolded them and did not say to me that they were only ordered to be transferred to another place.
• The one who moved him to another place secretly tells him, that “our boss is really bad”
• He secretly goes out at night and if he comes home early, he will say that he just came from his relative, but the truth is that he is looking for a way to imitate the business.
• He brought 3 people who believed in his goodness. These three stayed away from me because they were the ones I scolded because they didn’t tell the truth that the person who betrayed me moved them to another place and replaced them with another seller.

You know that’s why I got angry because I gave them their own place where they can sell. It is unfortunate for the other vendors if they compete for a place. What’s worse is that they transferred a woman who worked for me with 2 children who was left in the province and her husband also left her. He came here just to support his two children. This place is too far from the province if you think that it is very painful to know her life.

The three who betrayed me were young men and had no family left in the province. It makes me cry to think that they betrayed me for all the goodness I show them. With everyone who worked for me, I treated them equally, but there was still jealousy that stressed me out.

Is it difficult to hire workers from your province?

All I can say is yes, it’s very difficult because he will easily defame you and make you feel ashamed in your village. It’s just too hard to hire a worker you know.

I’ll just tell you what happened after they left. They went out early in the morning to find a nearby boarding house. When they found the other one left. The other 2 who betrayed me stayed with me because they had plans to do something. The 2 traitors will take my equipment for the french fries I sell and they will give it to the traitor who left first, so they don’t spend a lot.

When I found out that they had a bad plan, I suddenly fired them because of the extreme anger and stress they caused me.

What was the first thing I did before I sent them away?

First, I looked for the first person who betrayed me because he was their leader, and I sent them to the Barangay and we made an agreement that they would pay their debt. The bad thing is that the councilors have sided with them and they don’t know their true attitudes.

Before they left, they still owed me money that I have not yet paid. so they can send money to their parents and save money.

The bad thing is that before he left, he broke the side mirror of my motorcycle that he used when he was still working with me.

My reminder to those who work in the Barangay

Both parties complaining to you should be treated equally, not just one because it seems difficult. But you don’t know that it looks poor but hides evil.

Often the government takes the side of the person who looks poor and sinful, and pays little attention to the person who complains to them because they favor the traitor who seems to be struggling in life.

All I can say is that I am not very rich, I just started our business and there are very few people who will work for me. Another bad thing is that the person I trusted is the one who betrayed me.

What should I do with my staff when I first start the business?

You should not make friends and joke with them too much

Wear nice clothes

Separate house

Be strict in the right way

Don’t talk to much with them

Don’t show the money to them because this is where envy starts

This way they will respect you because they will be afraid to get close to you. This is also the way for them not to be too jealous of you.

My business expenses

• For 2 house we pay monthly 7,000 pesos
• Gas everyday we bough 3 it cost 3,000 pesos
• Oil container for french fries 2,500 pesos
• Electricity 6,500 pesos
• Water 2, 600 pesos
• French fries 120 pesos per kilo (Every 3 days we buy 140 kl)

The salary that my workers will get depends on the french fry they sell. For every kilo they sell, they have 30 pesos to receive. Sometimes when they are lucky they will get 1,000 pesos in just one day.
