Laki Beach and Five Fingers in Mariveles Bataan

One way to give yourself lightness and relaxation is visiting different places with beautiful tourist spots. Today we will head to an amazing beach called Laki Beach and Five Fingers located in Mariveles Bataan.

Laki beach in Bataan is one of the tourist destinations and it is a private resort with fine white sand Coconut trees and crystal clear water.

It is called Five Fingers in Mariveles because of the different types of coves with different beautiful designs.

I see a lot of youtube blogs that are very nice to visit, one of them is Mariveles Bataan is a place that attracted me to visit.

We were 3 friends who went to Laki Beach because they were also off work. I invited them that we try to go to this place because there are so many activities and the islands are beautiful.

At first they were hesitant to come with me because we had never been here before. They were worried that going to this beach might not be worth it and that the day would just be wasted.

I told them that we have nothing to lose if we try to visit the place. I showed some pictures I took online to my friends and they loved it.

How to get there?

• From Cubao terminal you will take a bus going to Mariveles town proper “fare 300+ pesos”
• When you are in Mariveles town proper, look for a tricycle going to Barangay Balon and tell the driver to drop you off at Porto. ” 75 pesos accommodating up to 5 person.

Landmark ( Basketball court, register your name beside the court) after that walk a short distance from there and you will see the beach. From here, hire a boat to Laki Beach

• When you arrive at the boat area, prepare for the boat operators to approach you with their services. If you have contacts with them, just show them and they will assist you with the boat you will ride.

Best option for budget planning

This is just a tip so you don’t spend too much on your vacation. It is necessary that if you take a boat trip to Laki Beach, you are by group so that what you pay is not that expensive.

If you don’t have enough friends, find people who are also going to the beach, invite them to ride on the same boat and split the fee.

The 2,500 you will pay for the boat includes island hopping around Five Fingers Cove, including Laki Beach good for 10 people.

Over night stay

If you want to stay overnight, you have to pay them 3,500 pesos, it also covers the tour from the different cove in the area, which is the same boat returning for you the next day.

From Manila, the trip to Porto port is more than 4 t0 5 hours. We got to the place very early around 5:30 am and we hired a boat to go to Laki Beach, but it was by group to make it cheaper.

Our boat that we boarded first toured various beautiful coves such as Talain, Porto Del Sol, and Tinanlakan. The massive rock formations are separated by a cove, which is more attractive to see.

For solo people who want to go to Laki Beach, you can just pay 250 pesos and you will enjoy the whole Five Finger island.

When my friend saw the islands up close, we were very happy. We thought it would be a waste of time when we went here but it was worth it. I will never forget the experience of going to the place.

We were immediately greeted by a beautiful island that feels like you’re in paradise because of its beauty. The surroundings are super clean and not many people.

You can rent a tent here which is 300 pesos a day so you can put your stuff in and you can relax a little. Because we didn’t arrive late to the island, we still have a long day, we can still enjoy swimming.

Laki Beach Idea

• It is better to bring your own water even if the area has a water source. Just bring a small bottled water, at least it’s clean.
• Bring your own food as there are no carinderias on site. If you stay overnight, ensure that you have enough food with you for the next day.
• There are cottages available for free use.
• If you have a tent with you, it’s better, you don’t need to rent it.
• Laki Beach has a weak signal.
• There is no electricity on the island so be sure your battery is full and bring a power bank to be sure.
• The bathroom and toilet facilities are basic. Don’t think it’s luxury, it’s normal, it’s not dirty, it’s not that clean either.
• There is a mini store for your basic needs

Laki Beach and Five Fingers in Mariveles Bataan

Before, according to my acquaintance who had been here 5 years ago, there were very few houses.

When we visited here, we visited Laki Beach and I saw that there were houses standing in the back and it was not that beautiful.

But the front of the beach is very beautiful because it is surrounded by many coconut trees. If given another chance, I will come back here again because the beauty of the beach is never boring.
