They say that when you get older or have a baby, you will really gain weight and some say that the body really changes when you have a child. They are right that a woman’s body changes when she has a child.
Many women who have had a child have become body conscious and want to lose weight and become sexy.
There are also many people who take drugs to make them look sexy but it damages the body. You lost weight but your health was affected. So what I can advise you is to read this blog carefully to avoid body pain.
How to take care you’re body to stay sexy.?
1). Morning/Evening.
Exercise every (morning/evening), I actually exercise at night because I sleep well. You can choose what time you exercise as long as the best is morning or evening.
2). Avoid fatty foods.
Usually when you eat fatty foods it adds a lot of Cholesterol to the body which makes you fatter, And it’s not good for health.
3). Avoid Sweet foods.
Sweet foods also make our body fat, and if you eat a lot of sweet foods, you can have diabetes in your body. Avoid eating a lot of sweet foods.
4). Avoid Salty food.
Salty food also makes the body fat, so avoid eating a lot of salty food. Not only sweet food can cause diabetes, salty food can also cause diabetes. So be careful with food
5) Always ate a lot.
This is the most difficult of all is the delicious food on the table and you are on a diet is the very difficult to control ourselves to eat the delicious food. So what happens? is that we eat too much and lose our diet.
6). When you are full, do not lie down immediately.
This is what we often do, especially when you just eat and lie in bed, it is very dangerous for our body because it increases insulin in our body and it also makes the body fat. The best thing to do is to sit for 30 minutes before going to bed and don’t sleep until you wait another hour to get rid of the excess satiety.
7). Eat vegetables to prevent excess body fat.
Vegetables help our body, not only is it diet but it also provides nutrients to our health.
WHAT ARE THE DIET VEGETABLES?
- 2 Banana every morning don’t eat rice.
- 1 whole cucumber every morning.
- Carrots.
- Steam broccoli don’t put anything.
- Green vegetables spinach/lettuce/steam cabbage
- Tomato.
- 2 eggs every morning.
- Celery.
- Cauliflower
8). Jogging/biking.
Good to do is jogging and biking because it helps our body to get rid of fat from our body and is very good for our health.
9). Follow the right exercises.
Let’s not do our own Exercise, we must follow the correct Exercise.
What are the right exercises?
- 15 to 20 Push up.
- 20 Squats.
- Single leg deadlifts movement.
- side planks.
- Standing over dumbbell presses.
- There are so many workout ideas on youtube that you just follow what they teach.
10). Value your diet.
If you don’t value dieting, you won’t be able to control yourself with food. You should be good at exercising because sometimes we are lazy so we don’t want to exercise. And we will also value taking care of our physical health.
