Today we will wander around the place where I grew up. There are many tourists who want to go to Mindanao because it has many popular tourist spots. There are beautiful views that you can see in the surroundings that are amazing to see because it is new to people who grew up in the cities, but it is really beautiful even if you grow up in Mindanao you will never get tired of looking at the beautiful views and beautiful seas that you can see in our province .
Aside from the beautiful views, you will also meet people in the area who are kind and always smiling. The people who live there are also generous as long as you respect them.
Where is ASIK-ASIK FALLS located?
Asik-asik fall is located in Cotabato, Sitio Dulao, Barangay Upper Dato. Philippines It is still part of Mindanao.
Before you reach the Asik-asik fall, there are many tests before you can get to the falls, you have to walk on a muddy road for 300 meters before you reach the high 776 steps to the falls, although it is hard but it is very fun because when you arrive at the place you will immediately see the beautiful falls.
How to get to Asik-asik fall without hustle?
If you are in the city of Cotabato, ask the riders there where to ride to Asik-asik. First, you ask the riders there where the jeepney to Dato, Alamada is, and when you arrive at Dato Alamada, rent a motorcycle to Midsayap that will take you to Asik-asik falls and when you arrive, register to get to the wonderfull water falls in Cotabato
When you go, you should walk slowly because the path is a bit slippery. It has a bridge so you can cross to the other side but walk slowly because the surrounding area is rocky to avoid accidents.
When you walk towards the falls it is a bit tiring but when you see the views of the area while walking, your tiredness is reduced because it is replaced by excitement. The views are so beautiful that you will forget all your problems in life.
This is the most beautiful fall I have ever seen here in the Philippines that I will never forget.
Is there an airport in Cotabato City?
If you are coming from far away areas, there is a nearby airport in Cotabato city, and when you are at the airport, look for a ride to Midsayap in North Cotabato. There are vans that leave at 6am and 5pm from Cotabato to Midsayap, it takes 1 to 1 half hour and the fare is P60.
It’s so good to take a bath in the falls because of the cold water that flows over your body, removing all the fatigue from your body because of the coldness of the water
Is there an entrance fee to Asik-asik falls?
Yes, but what you pay is very cheap, it costs P30, there are food and drinks, comfort rooms and souvenirs in the area so you don’t need to worry about what you will eat and drink.
The Asik-asik falls are limited to 200 tourists per day only. If you want to go, it is good to book to this number (09610590190) they are open Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm.
What I can say to those who want to go is that you should not hesitate to go because these falls are really beautiful, it’s like paradise when you visit. It’s tiring but very fun, here I forget all my stress and problems. I hope you can visit it too so you can forget all your problems.
