I’ve been through the Halsema Highway once, the road is very scary, one mistake you make is to fall into the cliff
If you want to go, this is one of those unforgettable driving experiences, especially if it’s rainy and you go here, you’ll see how difficult it is.
There are even times when you have to drive for a long time because sometimes there are rocks blocking the road, which fall from the high part of the road.
Another thing that makes the road difficult is that the road is slippery because of the continuous rain, it is extremely dangerous
To the new drivers, don’t try to go here, first practice simple roads for a few years and if you are really good then you can try this road, but it is still up to you if you really want to try it.

Is the Halsema Highway a good road?
I’m sorry if you’re nervous while reading this blog, because almost everything I’m going to write is dangerous and scary.
We’re not going to talk about the negative things, we’re going to talk about the positives.
You immediately think that it’s scary to go through it, you’re right in what you think, but if you drive slowly it’s not that dangerous.
The views of the Halsema Highway are amazing, you can actually see the surrounding mountains as you drive down the road
The climate here is very cool compared to the crowded city, you feel completely different when you smell the fresh air without pollution.
It is one of the highest points of the Halsema Highway, so beautiful, that you feel you can reach the clouds in the sky. Another good thing is when you wake up early it’s so cold it’s like you’re in another country. You will see fogs that you rarely see in the city.
