Another place we’re going to is TawiTawi, it’s a lot of houses on the sea. We are not going to see beautiful views here, but rather their unique way of life with scary crocodiles.

Tawi-Tawi is an island province in the Philippines, it is located in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, the area is mostly inhabited by Muslims. Bongao is the capital of Tawi-Tawi

Almost the people who live in the area often see floating large crocodiles, another scary thing is that it comes close under the homes.

How do the people live in Tawi-Tawi

Everyone who lives in Tawi-Tawi is immune to the crocodiles they see every day. For them, they are no longer afraid because they have seen it all the time.

Sometimes when you wake up in the morning, you will immediately see the crocodile under your house floating and waiting to eat.

According to those who live in the area, they see many crocodiles and the biggest one they saw reached 10 feet floating in the water.

In this area, many people have been bitten by the crocodiles that roamed around the houses.

Governments take care of the people living there because tragedies cannot really be avoided due to the number of crocodiles living there.

About Tawi-Tawi

Today we will go to the most frequented market in the Tawi-Tawi area, Panglima Sugala.

Every Saturday there is ( TABO ) where you can buy different types of seafood that come from other parts of Tawi-tawi.

And did you know that here in this place, the Tausog, Badjao gathered to sell their caught fish and different types of products.

Batu-Batu Panglima Sagula Tawi-Tawi

There are many dried seafood that you can find in the area, which is very expensive to buy in the city, when you buy it here you can only buy it at a cheap price.

When you go to the Tawi-tawi , it’s better to go to their famous market every Saturday, so you can buy a lot of different kinds of products at a low price.

This place is so beautiful and did you know that the sand bar of Panampangan Island reaches 3,128.37 meters and 10,263ft.

This island is in the Province of Tawi-Tawi (Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, Ph)

Omapuy Island is a seaweed farm located in turquoise to emerald, this island is also very beautiful, very quiet and very few people.

  • Sheik Karimol Makhdum Mosque

It is located in Barangay Tubig Indangan, Simunul, Tawi-Tawi, the Ph

This is the oldest mosque in the country, it was built by Arab traders in 1380.
