Making Korean toast bread is very quick, but nutritious. I have cooked many times that my acquaintances still want to eat it.

- Sandwich
- Cabbage
- Carrots
- Onion
- Egg
- Dare creme butter for extra flavor, if you don’t have you can still cook the Gilgeori toast.
- Onion leeks
- Cheese and spam
- Mayonnaise/ Tomato ketchup
- A small amount of sugar
- Mustard
There are quite a lot of ingredients needed to cook it, but you can also cook it with a sandwich, cabbage, carrots, egg and onion are all that is needed and nothing else is needed. What I wrote about the other ingredients is that if you just want to add the toast bread that you are going to cook, if you don’t have it, you can still cook the toast bread.

Ingredients for cooking Korean toast bread.
- 6 slice of bread
- 2 eggs
- Dere creme butter
- Take 1/4 of the whole cabbage and Thinly slice into small pieces (lengthwise cut)
- Thinly slice a whole onion
- Cut carrots into small lengthwise style, if the carrots are large, only put half of them, if they are small, cut them all thinly lengthwise.
- Mayonnaise/ Tomato ketchup/small amount of sugar/Mustard
And if you want to add more on your toast bread, you can put
- Spam
- cheese
- Onion leeks
- Tomato
- Lettus
- Cucumber
If you don’t have this kind of Ingredients you can still cook the (Gilgeori toast).

Mix the egg, carrots, cabbage, onion leeks, put a small amount of salt and the rest is up to you to decide what else you want to mix.
How to make the Korean street toast?
- First – Heat the pan, and when it’s hot add a small amount of Dare creme
- Second – Put the sandwich in a hot pan with Dare Creme, wait until the bread becomes toast.
- Third – Put a little oil in the pan, put vegetables that you have prepared earlier.
- Fourth – When you know it’s done, put cheese on top, don’t turn it upside down, because the cheese may stick to the pan.
But if you don’t have cheese no problem.
- Fifth – Take the bread you toasted earlier and put it in the middle, add a little sugar, Mustard,mayonnaise and ketchup.
Done, you can serve it, but if you want to add some tapping, you can add lettuce, cut cucumber, and tomato, you can also add spam if you want.
It’s so delicious you won’t get tired of it, one of my friends always requests this food, it’s embarrassing to refuse so I always cook for him a Korean toast bread
